What is Click & Collect?

 Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order in store for free.

How does pre-order work?

  1. Simply select your item and size, add to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout as usual.
  2. Once your order is placed and you have secured your purchase, we will deliver your item as soon as it’s available to be shipped.

  3. Approximate arrival dates are indicated on the product page of your chosen item underneath the price.

  4. You will be notified once your order is shipped and on its way to you.

What can I do if I can’t find the shoe I’m looking for online?

 If the shoe you are looking for isn’t online, it is most likely sold out. We understand that this can disappointing but we encourage you to sign up to our Redlips Co.loyalty club so that we can notify you of restocks and new shoes you will love!
